- Solve all issues and complaints in a short matter of time, the value that the client, patients, or students’ time spent in the waiting room.
- Treat each client, patient, co-worker, or student like you would like to be treated, be kind, and respectful.
- Build a positive relationship with them.
- Help instead of judging.
- Re-direct all calls or complaints to the right co-worker/department.
- Do not take complaints personally.
- Keep your voice clear and in a warm tone.
- Be comprehensive to your client, patient, co-worker or student “One day you could be in their shoes.”
- Receive them with a smile and with a friendly greeting.
