Diana is a professional tennis player with twenty-two years of experience. As an athlete, she realized “the significance of wellbeing in the human body in his/her cognitive level,” especially the importance of controlling our thoughts before a tournament. Diana explains that if we don’t use our inner power to control our nerves before a competition, the effort invested in discipline and training could be lost. She became a personal trainer, life, and sports coach to share her knowledge with her customers. Diana instructs them on better ways to be fierce in competition and helps them to overcome all the challenges daily life poses.

Crossfit
Diana’s big passion is reflected in all her daily activities and her commitment to herself. On September 14th of this year, Diana participated in the CrossFit Competition in Long Beach, New York. Diana is an example that shows us that when we expand our inner power and prepare for life, reaching our goals becomes possible. Besides, she advised her audience with a holistic approach on how to face the most frequent issues in our daily lives.
